On the 19th of January, 2012, ABAS Projektierung GmbH and their Indian partner, Integrated ERP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IESPL) in association with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) hosted a seminar, “ERP 360°” at the O Hotel in Pune. It was the first of its kind in Pune, with live video conferencing and interaction between the participants of ERP 360° and a reference customer of ABAS in Germany.
The event was attended by Mr. Wolfgang Klemm, Managing Director, ABAS Projektierung International, Mr. Peter Forscht (COO) – ABAS Software AG, Mr. James Jamaleldine, International marketing manager, ABAS Software AG, Mr. Tushar Kadam, IESPL, Mr. Zubin Kabraji, Regional Director, IGCC-Pune, representatives from the local industries and members of the Indo-German Chamber.
The session started with a welcome note by Mr. Zubin Kabraji, regional director of IGCC-Pune followed by a brief introduction to abas Software by Mr. Peter Forscht & abas in India by Mr. Tushar Kadam from IESPL. This was followed by a presentation by Mr. Wolfgang Klemm, MD of ABAS Projektierung International, who spoke on how to successfully implement International ERP projects and the benefits of choosing abas. Mr. Klemm states, “ABAS aspires to be a leader in business and technology solutions that provide true value to mid-size manufacturing, distribution and service enterprises. A complete 360° overview of the abas Business Suite (ERP, DMS, BI, Mobile Solutions) was given to the participants by Mr. Alexander Schwarz from ABAS Software AG. Following the overview, the participants heard, first hand, from abas’ customers, Mrs. Manali Inamdar, Zoller India Pvt. Ltd and Dr. Ulrich Wolf, Elkamet, on their experience and successful implementation of abas ERP solution in their organisation. “A decisive advantage of the abas Business Software in comparison to other systems is the flexibility. The session was well received by the participants in Pune along with the organizers. Executives and representatives from various manufacturing, automotive and trading companies had the chance to directly meet and put forward their queries to ABAS and discuss the possibilities of implementing ABAS into their organization as a solution to a more effective and productive business environment.
