If required, the data transfer from the eB server to the client can be encoded. By means of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), data, which is transferred via http, is protected by an encoding that is activated by the SSL certificate of the abas eB server. Data protection and integrity during the session between abas eB and your browser can be guaranteed.
By using a respective infrastructure you can ensure that your data remains safe. The abas eB server is located in a special subnetwork, the demilitarized zone (DMZ). A firewall protects the real client and the shadow client from external access.
